About Us

Conley Law Group is a boutique law firm dedicated exclusively to nonprofit organizations and philanthropic donors. Our mission is to provide exceptional legal services with integrity, empathy, and respect for our clients in a collaborative, cost-effective, and efficient manner. Based in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, we counsel clients across the United States and internationally.

We serve as tax-exempt counsel to some of the largest U.S. charities in the private foundation, supporting organization, and donor-advised fund sectors. In addition, we represent many charities that provide direct services to those in need, with a particular emphasis on tax-exempt entities working to improve the welfare of vulnerable groups like children and animals.

Our clients include organizations that preserve green spaces in major urban areas, others that work to save ocean habitats, and cultural groups and trade organizations that each support a unique community. With our team's experience in direct service provision and international grantmaking, we understand the policy and practical issues involved in connecting communities and networks as well as the value of thriving intellectual and social ecosystems.

We look forward to working with you to build sustainable philanthropic structures and bridge communities.
